Whimsical Fairy Tutu.

I just love these fairytale tutu's. I have been making these for Photography Props and have fallen in love. They are great for portraits, costumes, dress up, and making little girls feel like a princess. So, I have opened an Etsy shop and decided to continue making these and offering them as well.
